Material of TRA-04 ferry chairs

1.All chairs are manufactured from high quality corrosion resistant aluminum.Aluminum cushion and backrest frame,aluminum beams,legs,armrests,tracks.

2.The structure is as strong as to support 12G vessel acceleration.

3.Upholstery can be fabric or synthetic leather ,or leather , Upholstery material are approved flame retardant testing.

Reclining and seating configuration

1.The backrest can be fixed and reclining. Can be backwards 20cm reclines from 106 to 124 degrees.

2.TRASEA manufacturer the ferry chairs into various seating configuration according to required vessel general arrangement. Client also can ask TRASEA for help about the GA.

Track mounted

1.The seat legs fastened on the track , install the track on the deck floor with rivets or bolts.

2.Tracks provided by TRASEA. Rivets and bolts prepared by clients.

Typical project

TRASEA was appointed by Austal (world leading fast ferry builder ) for the construction of ferry chairs of 3 high speed ferries. One is 50 meter high-speed passenger ferry and two 30 metre high speed passenger ferries.

For 50 meter ferry , TRASEA fitted 4 rows of double seats for VIP class as per the GA. The leather upholstery enhance the seating level tremendously.

For 30 meter ferry TRASEA equipped 32 marine seats in the upper internal deck.Each seat is equipped with a meal tray

These vessels are launched by Austal in Philippines in June and July

Another project is for a ferry service company in Greece. The client choose TRA-03 for main deck and TRA-04 upper deck with the same color fabric seat cover. All the ferry chairs are reclining backrest. Cup holder is installed at the seat back on which rear passenger can put their beverage bottle.  

Client required to add their company logo at the headrest cover during production. TRASEA as the client focused company , we do it as required but without any extra charges. TRASEA finish the order on time , but clients require to air freight the marine seats to catch up with ferry travel date. TRASEA take part of the air freight cost for client, also demonstrate TRASEA company mission of client-focused.
