Ferry Passenger Seats Ready To Be Shipped To Bangkok, Thailand

Trasea is delighted to announce a newly finished ferry passenger seats project for our Thailand client.It is the third project Trasea accomplished for this client.

Client Introduction 

The client is one of the Thailand biggest ferry service company since 2013. It is popular and well-known for its reputation as the fastest ferry service that facilitates all year round safety travel from the Laem Sok Pier in Trat Province to the tropical resort islands of Koh Mak and Koh Kood. In the year 2018. They introduce a new catamaran ferry which has 3 decker ferry and can accommodate 288 passengers. VIP room is available on the 2nd deck which accommodates 30 passengers. On the upper deck (3rd deck) it is and open air seats and can accommodate 56 passengers for those who enjoy ocean fresh air while sun bathing. Trasea is proud to say that all ferry passenger seats are produced by Trasea and all these ferry passenger seats are still in service through all these seasons.

Project Introduction 

It is the first project that we produce ferry passenger seats for the client since covid 19. The covid 19 bring big impact on both companies,Because both companyies belongs to tourism industry.  Fortunately,  We all get through the hard times. and the business return to normal and even better.The client have 2 new build fast ferries one is 135 pax and the other is 56 pax. For the economy class seats, the client still choose our TRA-09 as previous ferry. For the business class seats client choose our TRA-04.  For the TRA-09 ferry passenger seats, The red vinyl seat cover make the ferry passenger seats more impressive. The seat cushion is thin foam and the backrest is supported by oxford fabric. The business ferry passenger seats is two color combination seat cover. The extra wide cushion and backrest give passengers extra comfort and more personal space. 

Besides the ferry passenger seats, we also produce two pilot seats for these two fast ferries. The pilot seat specification as below 

1.NAVIGATION FIXED TYPE CHAIRS.

2. Lifting system adopts pneumatic lifting, imported from Germany (Stabilus) Stainless steel cylinder, chair surface height from the ground lifting stroke is 700mm-870mm, lifting the handle to adjust, lifting column for aluminum alloy material.

3.The seat part and a tilting adjustment by the handle, ± 12 ° in the angle adjustment, adjust the height 60mm.

4.The seat cushion part can handle slide, slide stroke is 120mm.

5.Seat backrest angle can be adjusted by hand, adjusted in the range of  85 ° -150 °.

6.The armrest can be required through the knob on the angle adjustment, the head pillow with adjustable height.

7.The seat can rotate 360 degrees in any direction, and through the knob lock, location every 90 degrees positioning groove.

8.The seat is in the framework of cold steel, polyurethane foam molding of high elastic sponge, fabric with Black leather.

9.Footrest can be folded 90 degree.。

10.Steel structure for the footrest.

11.The seat tilting, slide, slide rail positioning device, adopt steel structure, the appearance of the salt spray test anti rust treatment.

12.The overall strength of the pilot chair to meet "International HSC norms" requirements, loading of about 260KG.
